CUTSCENE CREATOR PROGRAM
Cutscene Creator Programme Terms and Privacy Notice
Last updated: 28 July 2026
These terms and privacy information apply when you apply for or participate in the Cutscene Creator Programme.
By submitting an application, you confirm that you have read and agree to the Creator Programme Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Notice below.
For these terms, “Cutscene Replay”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Cutscene Replay, operated by Mr M. Albon, trading as Cutscene Replay. “You” and “your” refer to an applicant or accepted member of the Creator Programme.
Creator Programme Terms
1. About the programme
The Cutscene Creator Programme gives selected creators complimentary access to Cutscene Replay.
The programme allows us to build relationships with creators, understand different creator workflows and improve Cutscene Replay through real-world use and optional feedback.
Participation is free and does not create an employment relationship, partnership, agency or paid commercial agreement between you and Cutscene Replay.
2. Applications
Applications are reviewed individually, and acceptance is not guaranteed.
We may consider the information included in your application alongside relevant information you have made publicly available through your creator channels, profiles and content.
You must provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You may use your established creator name or username instead of your legal name.
We may accept or decline an application at our discretion and are not required to provide a reason for our decision.
Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
3. Complimentary access
Accepted creators will receive complimentary access to Cutscene Replay while they remain part of the Creator Programme.
There is no fixed end date or guaranteed minimum membership period. Membership and complimentary access may be reviewed periodically at our discretion, but reviews will not necessarily take place on fixed dates or at regular intervals.
Programme access is personal to you and must not be sold, transferred, sublicensed or shared with another person.
Your use of Cutscene Replay remains subject to any general software licence terms and acceptable-use requirements that apply to the application.
4. Creator account
If your application is accepted, you will need a Cutscene Replay website account so that we can provide and manage your complimentary access.
We may create this account using the email address supplied in your application. Your email address may be used as your account login or username, while your chosen creator name or username may be used as your display name.
Your email address will not be displayed publicly as part of your account unless you choose to make it public.
Your account may be used to manage:
- Your Creator Programme membership;
- Your complimentary software licence;
- Software downloads and access;
- Support requests; and
- Essential account and programme communications.
Where reasonably necessary, other information from your application may be added to your account to help administer your membership.
If you already have a Cutscene Replay account, we may apply your complimentary access to that account instead.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and must not allow another person to use your account or complimentary licence.
When your programme membership ends, your complimentary licence will be removed. Your website account may remain available if it is connected to another Cutscene Replay product, purchase, subscription or service. Otherwise, it may be disabled or deleted, subject to any records we reasonably need to retain.
5. Participation and promotion
There is no requirement to publish content, promote Cutscene Replay or provide a positive endorsement as a condition of membership.
We may occasionally invite you to provide feedback, test features or share your experience. Participation is appreciated but is generally optional unless you separately agree to take part in a particular opportunity.
Any feedback you provide should be honest and based on your genuine experience.
Where you choose to publish content about Cutscene Replay, you are responsible for making any disclosure required by advertising rules, platform policies or applicable law.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of your content, channels, branding and other existing intellectual property.
Participation in the Creator Programme does not automatically give Cutscene Replay permission to use your videos, streams, images, name, logo or channel content for advertising.
We may ask for your permission before featuring your content, feedback or creator profile in promotional materials.
You are responsible for ensuring that content created or published using Cutscene Replay complies with applicable laws, third-party rights and the rules of the platforms you use.
7. Additional opportunities
Members may occasionally be invited to participate in additional benefits or opportunities, including referral, affiliate, promotional, testing, merchandise or community programmes.
Participation is optional, and separate terms may apply where appropriate.
Membership does not guarantee that any particular benefit or opportunity will be offered. Opportunities may depend on availability, location, eligibility, campaign requirements or other relevant factors.
Declining an additional opportunity will not normally affect your underlying Creator Programme membership.
8. Appropriate use
You must not:
- Share, resell or transfer your complimentary account or licence;
- Attempt to bypass licence, account or security controls;
- Use the programme to impersonate another creator or person;
- Provide deliberately false or misleading application information;
- Use Cutscene Replay for unlawful or seriously harmful purposes; or
- Present yourself as an employee or official representative of Cutscene Replay.
9. Ending membership
You may leave the Creator Programme at any time by contacting us.
Cutscene Replay may review, suspend or end your membership and complimentary access at its discretion. Where reasonably practical, we will let you know when access is being withdrawn.
Access may be removed immediately where we reasonably believe there has been:
- Licence sharing, resale or other misuse;
- False or misleading application information;
- Unlawful or seriously harmful activity;
- A security risk;
- A serious breach of these terms; or
- Conduct that could cause significant harm to Cutscene Replay, its users or its community.
Membership may also end because the programme changes, the programme is discontinued or we decide that continued participation is no longer suitable.
When membership ends, your complimentary programme licence will stop unless you obtain access through another valid licence or subscription.
Ending your membership does not affect content you previously created using Cutscene Replay.
10. Changes to Cutscene Replay or the programme
Cutscene Replay is under active development. Its features, availability, system requirements and supported platforms may change over time.
We may also change, pause or discontinue the Creator Programme or any of its benefits.
Where a change materially affects existing members, we will take reasonable steps to communicate it.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the programme, software, our working practices or applicable requirements change.
The current version will be published on this page with an updated revision date. We will take reasonable steps to notify existing members of material changes.
If you do not agree with an updated version, you may leave the programme.
12. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without removing any mandatory rights you may have under the laws that apply where you live.
